Manage my Tickets Page
- Click on the “Transfer Tickets” Tab
- Beside the seat number click on the boxes off of the seats you wish to print
- Once the events are selected the print button on the top right will become Highlighted red with the number of tickets in brackets beside “transfer”
- Click “Transfer” and then “Continue” on the next pop up box
Define Recipient Page:
- On the next screen you will have a number of options before sending the Transfer Offer.
- Choosing Transfer Recipient
- For new transfer recipients click “Enter a New Contact” and enter in their name and email address twice
- Once all fields have been filled out add to the bottom right will light up Red. - Click “add” and choose the new contact
- Optional Message
- Enter an optional message for the transfer recipient - Email Reminder
- Set a reminder if the recipient has not claimed the tickets. This is to ensure that your tickets are used. A reminder email will be sent to the recipient 24 hours prior to the cut off time that they can accept them. - Item Price
- Choose if you would like to display your price to the recipient
Review and Submit
- “Agree to the terms of use” and click “Complete Transfer”
Transfer Summary
- This will show you what you have sent as a transfer to the given recipient, and a confirmation email will be sent to the one you have on file
- From this page you can return home or manager more tickets
