Transfer Tickets

Manage my Tickets Page

  • Click on the “Transfer Tickets” Tab
  • Beside the seat number click on the boxes off of the seats you wish to print
  • Once the events are selected the print button on the top right will become Highlighted red with the number of tickets in brackets beside “transfer”
  • Click “Transfer” and then “Continue” on the next pop up box

Define Recipient Page:

  • On the next screen you will have a number of options before sending the Transfer Offer.
  • Choosing Transfer Recipient
    - For new transfer recipients click “Enter a New Contact” and enter in their name and email address twice
    - Once all fields have been filled out add to the bottom right will light up Red.
  • Click “add” and choose the new contact
  • Optional Message
    - Enter an optional message for the transfer recipient
  • Email Reminder
    - Set a reminder if the recipient has not claimed the tickets. This is to ensure that your tickets are used. A reminder email will be sent to the recipient 24 hours prior to the cut off time that they can accept them.
  • Item Price
    - Choose if you would like to display your price to the recipient

Review and Submit

  • “Agree to the terms of use” and click “Complete Transfer”

Transfer Summary

  • This will show you what you have sent as a transfer to the given recipient, and a confirmation email will be sent to the one you have on file
  • From this page you can return home or manager more tickets

Donate Tickets

Manage my Tickets Page

  • Click on Donate to Charity
  • Beside the Seat Number click on the boxes of the seats you wish to print
  • Once the events are selected, the print button on the top right will become Red with the number of tickets in brackets beside “donate”
  • Click “donate” and then “continue to donate” on the next pop up box

Review and Submit

  • Check the box “Agree to the Terms of Use”
  • Click “Submit”

Donate Summary Page

  • This will show you what you have donated, and a confirmation email will be sent to the one you have on file.
  • From this page you can return home or manage more tickets

Exchange Tickets

Manage my Tickets Page

  • Click the game you want to exchange tickets from.
  • Select the seats you would like to exchange.
  • Select “Continue to Exchange” on the pop-up.
  • Click the game you wish to exchange your tickets into.
  • Choose the section you wish to exchange into.
  • Select the seats you would like to exchange into.
  • Click the “Checkout” button.

Review and Submit

  • Review your exchange.
  • Click “Exchange Seats”
  • Enter your password to confirm your exchange.
  • Select delivery method and click “Continue”
  • Agree to the Terms of Use and continue.

Summary Page

  • This will show you what you have exchanged and your confirmation number.
  • From this page you can return to your account home page.

Bring A Friend
Bring A Friend vouchers have gone digital. This means you now have the ability to select your games and seats online ahead of time and transfer the tickets directly to your friends. Access the account manager and click the "manage tickets" tab. Vouchers are located at the bottom of the page. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Complimentary Suite* – Offer valid for accounts with two (2) or more Season Ticket Memberships. Suites are not available to Members in End Zone of Goal Line seats. Members in these sections will have exclusive access to select any Marlies home game to use 18 group seats in the regular bowl. Members in all other sections have access to a limited number of complimentary suites available per game. Suites are fulfilled on a first-come first-serve basis. Please contact your account representative for more information.

Membership Ticket Exchange Program** – Limited number of ticket swaps available per account per season. Please contact your account representative for more information.

Parking Discounts*** – Purchase pre-paid parking vouchers before the season starts in booklets of 17 or 34. An additional cost of $170 for the 17 passes booklet or $270 for the 34 passes booklet. Cannot be purchased during the season

What is membership?

What does autorenewal mean?
Autorenewal is a fast and convenient way to maintain your membership. When you obtain a Membership, you are automatically enrolled in our auto-renewal program. You will still receive an invoice before your membership automatically rolls over in March, each successive year.
How much have I paid towards my membership and how much is still due?
You can view your payment details and update your credit card information at any time by logging into your Online Account Manager. You can also reach out to a Membership Specialist at 416-597-PUCK (7825) during regular business hours.
What games do I get as a part of my plan?
Members will have access to all regular season home games played at Coca-Cola Coliseum and Scotiabank Arena, plus complimentary tickets for 2023-2024 home Round 1 & 2 playoff games at Coca-Cola Coliseum.
How do I use account manager?
Please view our Account Manager Guide for more information on printing, transferring, exchanging and donating tickets within Account Manager.
How do I get my discounted parking voucher?
Parking passes are sold in booklets of 17 discounted vouchers for $170 or 34 discounted vouchers for $270. For ease and convenience, an optional invoice will be delivered to you prior to the start of the 2023-2024 season. Should you not wish to purchase parking, please disregard this invoice.
