Account Manager Guide

The print at home option is useful if you have lost your hard copy tickets.

Note: Any reprint will now create a new barcode making the any previous tickets invalid. Printing at home can be done right up until the game.

How to print at home:
  1. Event Page
    • Click on Print-at-Home tab
    • Beside the seat number click on the boxes off of the seats you wish to print
    • Once the events are selected the print button on the top right will become Red with the number of tickets in brackets beside “print”
    • Click “print” and then “continue” on the next pop up box
  2. Review my Submission Page
    • Click “Agree to the terms of use” and click “Submit”
  3. Summary Page
    • A save screen will pop up so you can now save your tickets as a PDF to your desktop. This will show you what you have reprinted, and a confirmation email will be sent to the one you have on file
    • From this page you can return home or manage more tickets

Through your Membership you are able to transfer your tickets to anyone with a valid email address. By transferring the tickets, you are assuring that your client, season seat partner or guest will have exclusive and secure access to your tickets.

Note: once tickets have been accepted by the recipient then the original ticket holder has given up their rights and ownership to the tickets. Transferring can be done right up until 2 hours before the game.

How to transfer tickets:
  1. Manage my Tickets Page
    • Click on the “Transfer Tickets” Tab
    • Beside the seat number click on the boxes off of the seats you wish to print
    • Once the events are selected the print button on the top right will become Highlighted red with the number of tickets in brackets beside “transfer”
    • Click “Transfer” and then “Continue” on the next pop up box
  2. Define Recipient Page:
    • On the next screen you will have a number of options before sending the Transfer Offer.
    • Choosing Transfer Recipient
      • For new transfer recipients click “Enter a New Contact” and enter in their name and email address twice
      • Once all fields have been filled out add to the bottom right will light up Red.
        Click “add” and choose the new contact
    • Optional Message
      • Enter an optional message for the transfer recipient
    • Email Reminder
      • Set a reminder if the recipient has not claimed the tickets. This is to ensure that your tickets are used. A reminder email will be sent to the recipient 24 hours prior to the cut off time that they can accept them.
    • Item Price
      • Choose if you would like to display your price to the recipient
  3. Review and Submit
    • “Agree to the terms of use” and click “Complete Transfer”
  4. Transfer Summary
    • This will show you what you have sent as a transfer to the given recipient, and a confirmation email will be sent to the one you have on file
    • From this page you can return home or manager more tickets

Through your Membership you are able to donate your tickets to our Partnered Charity.

Note: The recommended timeline to donate your tickets is 4 business days before the event. A tax receipt is issued by the charity roughly two weeks after the event has been completed.

How to donate tickets:
  1. Manage my Tickets Page
    • Click on Donate to Charity
    • Beside the Seat Number click on the boxes of the seats you wish to print
    • Once the events are selected, the print button on the top right will become Red with the number of tickets in brackets beside “donate”
    • Click “donate” and then “continue to donate” on the next pop up box
  2. Review and Submit
    • Check the box “Agree to the terms of use”
    • Click “Submit”
  3. Donate Summary Page
    • This will show you what you have donated, and a confirmation email will be sent to the one you have on file.
    • From this page you can return home or manage more tickets

Tickets from a 2017-2018 Toronto Marlies season seat package can be exchanged in advance of the game on a ticket-for-ticket basis only for games scheduled to be played during the 2017-2018 regular season.

Note: Tickets must be fully paid prior to the exchange taking place. All exchanges must be completed more than 48 hours before the start of any game that seats are being switched into or out of. Exchanges are limited to a maximum of 10 games per account per season, school day games on February 21, February 28, and April 5 may also be exchange increasing your limit to 13 games. A maximum of 8 tickets can be exchanged into one game. Once an exchange is completed the original set of tickets will no longer be valid.

How to exchange tickets:
  1. Manage my Tickets Page
    • Click the game you want to exchange tickets from.
    • Select the seats you would like to exchange.
    • Select “Continue to Exchange” on the pop-up.
    • Click the game you wish to exchange your tickets into.
    • Choose the section you wish to exchange into.
    • Select the seats you would like to exchange into.
    • Click the “Checkout” button.
  2. Review and Submit
    • Review your exchange.
    • Click “Exchange Seats”
    • Enter your password to confirm your exchange.
    • Select delivery method and click “Continue”
    • Agree to the Terms of Use and continue.
  3. Summary Page
    • This will show you what you have exchanged and your confirmation number.
    • From this page you can return to your account home page.
