Justin Holl Named to 2018 AHL All-Star Classic

The American Hockey League announced today that Justin Holl has been named to the playing roster for the 2018 AHL All-Star Classic presented by Turning Stone Resort Casino, taking place January 28-29 in Utica, NY. Holl will represent the North Division All-Star team, replacing Travis Dermott who will be unavailable due to his recall to the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Holl, 25, has played in 37 games with the Marlies this season, registering 18 points (4 goals, 14 assists). Holl is leading all Marlies defencemen in goals, assists, points and shots.

At the 2018 AHL All-Star Classic, the Toronto Marlies will also be represented by forward Kasperi Kapanen, Sheldon Keefe as head coach of the North Division and Scott Pellerin, Director of Player Development with the Toronto Maple Leafs, who was selected as an Honourary Captain.

The Toronto Marlies are the primary development program for the Toronto Maple Leafs. The current Toronto Maple Leafs roster features 14 players who were developed by the Marlies (Tyler Bozak, Connor Brown, Connor Carrick, Travis Dermott, Jake Gardiner, Zach Hyman, Nazim Kadri, Kasperi Kapanen, Leo Komarov, Josh Leivo, William Nylander, Morgan Rielly, Nikita Soshnikov and Rinat Valiev).
